Peisajul de poveste impresioneaza de departe. vis-a-vis de utilitatile hotelului, centrul Spa cu dotari multiple, posibilitatile de recreere multiple, camerele sunt ok, spatioase, cu dotari specifice de 4 stele, balcoane mari, (cele care au), deci in general sunt multumit de sejur.

Serviciile sunt in general sub cerintele statutului de 4 stele...in sensul ca serviciile de camera sunt aproape inexistente si sporadice, servirea la masa dureaza exagerat de mult (aprox. 2ore pentru o servire haotica (adesea se incurca comenzile), iar mare parte din personalul restaurantului intelege greu limba nationala)...meniul destul de limitat in oferta, plus lipsa de alternative a restaurantului hotelului,,,(cea mai apropiata unitate de consum fiind la cca. 3 Km spre localitatea Balvanyos)...

Baza hoteliera super OK, obiectivele turistice zonale relativ putine, dar pentru un pachet de 4 nopti este indeajuns...
